My name is Hope Gaines. I am a Tallahassee native and a Real Estate professional servicing Tallahassee and its surrounding areas since 2005. My NUMBER ONE priority is to provide excellent customer service 100% of the time! By listening to the needs of my clients, constantly communicating with them and offering solutions in a timely manner, I have built a great number of clients, friends and referral base.

Many of my transactions are with new- home construction buyers, first-time home buyers and clients seeking to sell their homes. I also assist investors, luxury home sellers and I love working with Veterans as well.

I chose real estate because it’s a wonderful profession that’s constantly evolving. It requires knowledge of the local, regional, national and global markets. It also requires relationship building with many professionals in the lending, appraisal, home inspection, electrical, and legal fields. All of these requirements are imperative for making a successful Real Estate Agent. And I pride myself in fully understanding and managing all of these aspects of the profession!

On a personal note, I have been married to my childhood sweetheart for 23 years. He is a loving husband and father. We are also proud parents of an 18 year-old freshman at Yale University, whom we love dearly and feel blessed to have in our lives.
