Golden Eagle is a part of the Killearn Lakes Plantation, which is a growing area in the northernmost area of Tallahassee. It’s bordered by Deer Lake West and Deer Lake East. The neighborhood is just a short drive from the state capitol buildings, the two state universities, the community college and the regional hospitals.
Schools
The community is served by some of the best schools in the Tallahassee area including Killearn Lakes Elementary, Deerlake Middle and Chiles High School. All three schools are “A” rated.
