Behind the scenes at Harry’s
Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grill was first started back in 1987 in the Jacksonville Landing where Louis and Greg Saig opened a store with 20 stools and a humble raw bar menu. The menu contained a Louisiana influence from a friend of the Saig’s located in Baton Rouge. Today, the restaurant is still run by the same people but Louis has taken a more active role in Jacksonville, Florida. The restaurant works to offer great food, great service, and a great atmosphere for patrons. In fact, the restaurant commonly uses a couple of expressions from Louisiana, such as “Let the Good Times Roll.”
What to expect
The restaurant is a New Orleans style restaurant which means you can expect the perfect combination of Southern, Cajun, and Creole flavors made with a modern twist. Popular dishes include the Grilled Chicken Baton Rough, the Shrimp & Scallop Orleans, the Bourbon Street Salmon, and the French Quarter Beef Tenderloin.
There is a little something for every taste bed on the menu with lunch and dinner being served seven days per week. Stop in from 11am until 10pm Sunday through Thursday with extended hours until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays over at 301 S Bronough Street.
