The neighborhood is surrounded by popular shopping favorites such as Walmart, Target and several boutiques. There’s even a public library near the entrance of the community. There are spas, coffee shops and a plethora of restaurants surrounding the community.
This quiet neighborhood lined with sidewalks is pleasing for the residents who choose to make it home. They can be seen walking and running frequently on the circular streets throughout the subdivision. There are approximately 136 homes ranging in age from 1991-2003 with varying types of styles and adequate spacing in between. Lot sizes average .25 of acre.
